I know nothing can really heal the feeling of... mental rape, I guess, from having something you consider part of your identity stolen like that... But having just looked at the guy's eBay listing, I get the feeling he's going to get in trouble from eBay soon enough. I mean, he's selling Mickey Mouse costumes, Donald Duck costumes, Spongebob Squarepants costumes... He's going to have a lot of pissed off trademark holders looking to get him taken down from eBay, as well.

If you can show the receipt from whoever created Crash, showing WHEN he was created, and a statement from the makers, maybe you'd have a little ground. If you need me to vouch for the length of the character's existence, you can mention my name officially and put them in contact with me.
